Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Sales and Marketing Specialist for a dynamic, hybrid full-time role. Based primarily in [Location] with options for remote work, this position entails direct customer interactions, exceptional customer service, engaging in sales initiatives, conducting training, and overseeing sales management.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for achieving the given target for the assigned region (including lead generation).
2. Assist the Regional Manager to achieve business goals.
3. Develop new clients and maintain healthy relations with existing clients.
4. Keep abreast of competitor and market trends, forecast market needs to bolster the company’s growth.

Requirements:
