Job description

Job Responsibilities
  1. Analyze and report In Market and Factory sales.
  2. Register, retrieve, reconcile and verify information (commissions, leads, third parties) involved in the sales process.
  3. Prepare sales-related documents and presentations throughout the sales process (proposals, contracts, sales kits, brochures, promotional materials).
  4. Follow up on the sales orders with production and logistic departments to ensure the products are available for timely shipment.
  5. Coordinate with the purchase department on the status and availability of RAW material.
  6. Liaise and coordinate with companies/agencies to provide superior customer service.
  7. Develop and maintain a sales filing system with up-to-date account history and a means for sending correspondence to customers/prospects without delay.
  8. Develop and maintain and regularly update files of competitor’s activities, prices, product list, brochures, sales kits, etc.
  9. Provide regular insights gained from social media monitoring to the Manager to help them evolve strategies in a timely manner.
  10. Provide administrative support for the sales & marketing department.
  11. Organize and distribute periodic sales reports.
  12. Follow up on promotions, stock level, Debit Notes, and Receivables.
  13. Act as a point of contact by providing information on products, estimates, and shipment & delivery scheduling.
  14. Keep track of marketing-related expenses.

Skills

  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  2. Fluent in English, Expert in Microsoft Office.
  3. Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales field preferably in FMCG industry.
  4. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  5. Strong time management skills.
  6. Excellent interpersonal & presentation skills.
  7. Excellent communication skills, both in written and verbal preferably bilingual.
  8. Ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize, and coordinate work activities.
