  • Manage tender/RFP processes from initiation to completion.
  • Negotiate commercial and contractual terms effectively.
  • Ensure smooth project handover to delivery and support teams.
  • Track competitor activity and market trends.
  • Mentor and guide junior sales team members.

Position: Sales Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own revenue targets for data center, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, ELV/low-voltage (structured cabling, AV, BMS, UPS), and physical security solutions (CCTV, access control, VMS).
  • Manage existing customer accounts and develop new business opportunities.
  • Build and execute strategic account plans for hospitals/MOH and cross-sector enterprises.
  • Maintain a robust and accurately forecasted sales pipeline.
  • Lead customer discovery sessions, value articulation, demos/proofs of concept (POCs), and proposal development in collaboration with Pre-Sales.
  • Manage tender/RFP processes from initiation to completion.
  • Negotiate commercial and contractual terms with Legal and Finance departments, and close deals effectively.
  • Ensure smooth project handover to delivery and support teams, securing renewals and expansions.
  • Track competitor activity and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Enforce disciplined CRM and data management practices.
  • Mentor and guide junior sales team members.
