Revenue Manager


Are you passionate about maximizing hotel revenue and uncovering data-driven opportunities? We’re looking for a Revenue Manager who can turn insights into actions, optimizing strategies to boost occupancy, rate, and overall profitability for our cluster hotels.


A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:


Developing, implementing, and monitoring revenue management strategies across all segments and distribution channels.


Analyzing market trends, competitor pricing, and historical data to forecast demand and adjust pricing strategies.


Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Reservations to align revenue strategies with commercial goals.


Preparing regular performance reports and presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.


Managing inventory and rate parity across systems, including IHG platforms and OTAs.


Driving system optimization and ensuring best practices in IHG Revenue Management tools.


Collaborating with the General Manager and commercial teams to achieve business targets and budgets.


What we need from you:


Proven experience in a revenue or reservations leadership role, preferably in a 5-star or upscale hotel environment.


Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of market dynamics and revenue management systems (e.g., IHG RMH, Opera, etc.).


A results-oriented mindset with the ability to influence and drive change.


Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.


Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with business intelligence tools.


A degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is a plus.
