Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in automotive spare parts retail or counter sales.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive, or related field preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken) mandatory.

• Conduct regular inventory checks to monitor stock levels and communicate with management regarding reordering needs, ensuring that popular items are always available for customers.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive trends, new products, and industry developments to effectively communicate relevant information to customers and enhance their purchasing decisions.
• Collaborate with team members to develop promotional strategies and marketing initiatives that drive traffic to the store and increase sales performance, contributing to the overall success of the business.

Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive, or a related field is preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in automotive spare parts retail or counter sales is essential.
• Good knowledge of automotive spare parts and vehicle applications to provide informed recommendations.
