Job Description:

• Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth workflow.
• Lead, train, and motivate restaurant staff to maintain high service and hygiene standards.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
• Assist management with inventory control, scheduling, and staff performance.

Skills

Qualifications:

• Male, 40 years old and below
• At least 5 years relevant experience in F&B industry with proven supervisory experience with premium/high-end brands in South Africa or Eastern Europe
• Must have experience in Italian, American, and Pan Asian cuisines (Cantonese/Chinese and Thai/Vietnamese).
• Proficient in MS Office, POS systems, and basic financial management.
