A little taste of your day-to-day
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
Leading the daily operations of our fine dining outlet and delivering exceptional guest experiences
Driving top-line revenue through upselling, events, and guest engagement
Training, coaching, and inspiring your team to deliver IHG’s True Hospitality promise
Overseeing service standards, team scheduling, hygiene, and floor management
Partnering with culinary and marketing teams to launch seasonal promotions and new menu concepts

What we need from you



Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing fine dining or upscale restaurants, ideally in a hotel setting
Proven success in achieving business targets and driving restaurant performance
Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on, guest-first mindset
Experience in training, team development, and SOP implementation
A true hotelier’s attitude — confident, composed, and always putting guests first
