Overview

We are looking to hire a Restaurant Manager for our Al Kuwait location. This is a great opportunity for someone with no experience to join our team and gain valuable skills in the restaurant industry. We offer competitive pay with a starting salary of 1600 per month.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, ordering supplies, budgeting, etc.
• Ensure compliance with local health codes and other applicable regulations.
• Train new employees on proper procedures for food preparation, customer service, health & safety standards, etc.
• Monitor employee productivity and performance; provide feedback and corrective action when necessary.
• Build relationships with suppliers to ensure an adequate supply of food products at all times.
• Develop strategies for increasing sales and profitability of the restaurant.

Requirements

• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Must be able to multitask effectively and efficiently
• Must possess excellent customer service skills
• Must have strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
• Must be fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
