The Hostess should greet guests warmly and hospitably, and arrange seating in an organized manner. Proper attire and readiness to seat guests at clean, prepared tables are essential. A professional attitude and sincere hospitality are required at all times.

Job Description:

The responsibilities include:

• Greeting incoming and departing guests with a smile and eye contact; escorting them to their table; presenting menus; announcing the waiter’s name.
• Using visual cues to seat guests in the bar or dining area based on their preference.
• Informing guests about current promotions and the service staff assigned to them to ensure a smooth handoff.
• Answering incoming calls and providing appropriate service.
• Managing guest flow into the dining and bar areas; providing accurate wait times when appropriate.
• Tending to special guest needs and requests.
• Maintaining a professional appearance.
• Possessing good command of English and Italian.
• Proven experience in a hotel or restaurant as a Hostess.

Classification:
