You will lead daily operations, drive service quality, manage costs, and coach a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while achieving business targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hotel/ Hospitality Management.
• 7–10 years in restaurant operations with 2+ years as GM.
• Age below 40 years.
• Strong leadership and cost-control capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations and ensure service standards.
• Direct staff training, coaching and performance management.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control and inventory management.
• Prepare operational and sales reports in MS Excel.
• Maintain food costing accuracy and quality assurance.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and guest relations.
