Are you a dynamic and experienced RESTAURANT ASSISTANT MANAGER looking for an exciting opportunity in Kuwait City? We are hiring passionate hospitality professionals to join a well-established casual dining restaurant group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent service and efficiency
• Lead and train front-of-house teams to maintain high customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Manage staff scheduling, inventory, and cost control
• Assist in implementing marketing and promotional activities
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within casual dining or full-service restaurants
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage a fast-paced restaurant environment
