Job summary

Visuna Ltd is seeking an experienced Reservoir Engineer to provide OTA onsite support for oil and gas projects in Kuwait. The role requires extensive hands-on expertise with Landmark Reservoir Engineering and Production Engineering applications, especially Landmark Nexus, to support multidisciplinary subsurface workflows.

You will deliver onsite technical support, mentoring and knowledge transfer, participate in data exchanges, and assist with upgrades and validation, ensuring high-quality

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on experience in oil & gas.
• Proven onsite technical and application support for Landmark RE/PE.
• Strong knowledge of Landmark Nexus and reservoir engineering workflows.
• Excellent communication, presentation and mentoring skills.

• Provide onsite technical and application support for Landmark RE/PE software.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Reservoir Engineer – OTA Onsite Support to support upcoming oil & gas projects in Kuwait.

The successful candidate will have extensive hands‑on experience supporting Landmark Reservoir Engineering and Production Engineering applications , with particularly strong knowledge of Landmark Nexus .

Key Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical and application support for Landmark Reservoir Engineering and Production Engineering software.
• Support multidisciplinary reservoir engineering and subsurface workflows.
• Provide expert support for Landmark Nexus , including:
• History matching
• Production forecasting
• Troubleshoot application, project, data, workflow and performance-related issues.
• Support reservoir engineering workflows including material balance, decline analysis, reserves evaluation and reservoir management.
• Provide user training, mentoring and technical knowledge transfer.
• Support application upgrades, patches, testing and technical validation.
• Assist with integration and data exchange between Landmark and other subsurface applications.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 10 years’ relevant hands‑on experience within the oil & gas industry.
• Proven experience providing onsite technical/application support for Landmark RE/PE applications.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Landmark Nexus .
• Strong understanding of reservoir simulation and reservoir engineering workflows.
• Experience supporting multidisciplinary subsurface teams.
• Strong customer-facing technical support and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, mentoring and knowledge-transfer skills.

Highly Desirable

• Experience with NETool and ARIES .
• Exposure to Eclipse and/or tNavigator .
• Experience with other Landmark Reservoir Engineering / Production Engineering applications.
• Landmark software training certificates and/or relevant application certifications.
• Nexus training or certification is highly preferred.
