Job summary

Capitex is seeking four L1 Fraud Analysts to join a Kuwaiti bank's overnight fraud operations team for a fixed two-month term. The role is fully remote and aligned with Kuwait time (night shift). An extension is possible but not guaranteed, and should not be assumed.

You will monitor real-time alerts, triage activity, document outcomes, and hand over cleanly at shift end to ensure 24/7 continuity. Laptop provided.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in fraud operations, transaction monitoring, disputes/chargebacks or a similar alert-driven banking environment.
• Experience working an alert queue on a fraud or transaction monitoring system (any major platform).
• Clear written English for case notes and escalation handovers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and triage real-time fraud alerts during night shifts (Kuwait time).
• Dispositon alerts as genuine, fraud or refer, per playbooks and SLA.
• Escalate complex/high-value cases to L2 with complete handover.
• Maintain accurate case records and hand over at shift end to ensure continuity.
