Job description

  • Responsible for overseeing regulatory compliance and ensuring the effective distribution of FMCG products in accordance with regulatory guidelines and standards.
  • Implement the FMCG Division’s policies and procedures and comply with Mohamed Naser Al – Hajery & Son’s other policies.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory legislation, guidelines, and standards applicable to FMCG products such as the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, and Public Authority for Food and Nutrition.
  • Preparing and submitting accurate regulatory forms and documentation to regulatory authorities in a timely manner.
  • Submitting renewals and maintaining updated licenses, permits, and registrations.
  • Monitoring and tracking the progress of regulatory submissions, inspections, and approvals.
  • Staying updated with the evolving regulatory landscape and changes in regulations, standards, and guidelines.
  • Addressing and resolving complaints related to regulatory matters.
  • Ensuring FMCG products comply with applicable regulations, including labeling requirements and product safety standards.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date regulatory documentation, records, and files.
  • Acting as a point of contact for regulatory authorities and participating in regulatory meetings or discussions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Conducting risk assessments related to regulatory compliance and providing recommendations.
  • Conducting training sessions or workshops to raise awareness of regulatory requirements.
  • Assisting in developing regulatory strategies and providing regulatory guidance.
  • Participating in industry associations, forums, or working groups to stay informed about industry trends and regulatory developments.
  • Perform assigned ad-hoc duties and other job-related tasks as directed by the Direct Manager.
