Description
In this role, youwill collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of care are provided to our youngest patients and their families.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive medical care to neonates in the NICU.
- Conduct regular assessments and monitor the health status of patients.
- Collaborate with pediatricians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in family meetings to discuss patient progress and care options.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures, as well as national health regulations.
- Supervise and mentor junior medical staff and interns in the NICU.
- Engage in continuous professional development and stay updated with the latest advancements in neonatal care.
- Assist in research initiatives and quality improvement projects within the NICU.
- Manage emergency situations and provide immediate care as needed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.

You are an experienced physician in neonatal medicine, a commitment to patient-centered care, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

- Expertise in neonatal resuscitation and intensive care.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to perform advanced procedures in neonatal care.
- Knowledge of pharmacology and medication management in neonates.
- Effective communication skills for patient and family interactions.
- Leadership skills for team management and training.
- Research skills to contribute to clinical studies.
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems.
Education & Qualifications:
- MBBS + Masters;
- MBBS + Masters + High qualification with no experience can get Senior Registrar License;
- At least 3 years of Experience;
