Description

In this role, youwill collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of care are provided to our youngest patients and their families.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive medical care to neonates in the NICU.
  • Conduct regular assessments and monitor the health status of patients.
  • Collaborate with pediatricians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Participate in family meetings to discuss patient progress and care options.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures, as well as national health regulations.
  • Supervise and mentor junior medical staff and interns in the NICU.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and stay updated with the latest advancements in neonatal care.
  • Assist in research initiatives and quality improvement projects within the NICU.
  • Manage emergency situations and provide immediate care as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
