Our client is ready to onboard an experienced Arabic-speaking Cosmetic Plastic Surgeon to join their Plastic Surgery department and focus on expanding their aesthetic and cosmetic services.

Responsibilities

• Provide ethical, high-quality care with the patient’s best interest at heart.
• Consult with patients before surgery, advising on the best options and discussing potential risks.
• Build trusting relationships with patients, particularly those with long-term conditions.
• Perform a range of surgeries, including facelifts, breast implants, and other cosmetic alterations.
• Monitor patient progress through follow-up visits and adjust treatments as needed, maintaining detailed records.
• Refer patients to other specialists when necessary.
• Participate in marketing efforts to grow the department's services and attend conferences/workshops to stay current on the latest techniques.

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic;
• Up to date knowledge of cosmetic plastic surgery techniques in the current market;

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree of Medicine +Specialty Master’s Degree or any highest qualifications (PhD/MD/Board Cert);
• experience not less than 7 years of experience; 2 years after the Master’s degree;
• Experience within the same specialization, with a particular focus on cosmetic plastic surgery procedures;
• Preferably actively promoting work and results on social media platforms;
• Willing to relocate to Kuwait
