Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Regional Marketing Manager to join our team. As the Regional Marketing Manager for Fashion, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, attract new customers, and retain existing ones in line with brand parameters. This role requires a visionary leader and professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver results-driven marketing initiatives.

Management:

  1. Provides focus and a sense of direction for the marketing employees and management.
  2. Maintain and carry out the marketing goals, policies, and procedures.
  3. Manage general activities related to providing departmental services.
  4. Consult with other executives, staff, team members, and brands about general operations.
  5. Direct, manage, and oversee the marketing financial and budgetary activities.
  6. Monitor control and approve capital and non-capital expenditures and audit effectiveness.
  7. Endeavor to develop and succeed in maintaining appropriate company image that strives towards excellence in satisfying customers.
  8. Develop quantified M.B.O. plans for the direct subordinates and ensure that the process propagates through all levels.
  9. To maintain viable and healthy relations with strategic accounts, business partners, official entities, and government bodies

Technical:

  1. Plan advertising campaigns, including which media to advertise in
  2. Plan promotional campaigns
  3. Negotiate advertising contracts
  4. Evaluate the look and feel of websites used in campaigns or layouts
  5. Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings to understand customer and market opportunities for businesses
  6. Advice on pricing strategies for products or services marketed to the target customers
  7. Oversee the advertising, promotions, and marketing staff
  8. Collaborating with different teams, including product development, sales, and operations to ensure a seamless alignment and the execution of marketing initiatives.
  9. Leading and mentoring a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support to drive excellence in marketing execution.
  10. Acting as a brand ambassador, representing the company's values, and maintaining consistent brand identity across all touchpoints.
  11. Plan and organize regional events and activations, including product launches, VIP events, and seasonal campaigns.
  12. Localize global campaigns to resonate with each market while maintaining brand consistency.
  13. Plan and oversee 360 campaigns (including digital, CRM, social media, retail).
  14. Track Marketing KPIs and prepare monthly performance reports with recommendations.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • College or University Graduate (preferable higher level of education MBA, etc....) in Marketing and/or Advertising.

Professional Experience:

  • From five (5) to eight (8) years’ experience gained through increasingly responsible management positions within the Marketing and/or Advertising sector.
  • A minimum of three (3) years’ recent experience in marketing management.
  • A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in regional marketing within the G.C.C.

Competencies Required:

  • Proficiency in MS Office packages such as Word and Excel, PowerPoint Presentations; business plan presentations; basic accounting, data research and interpretation.
  • Familiarity with risk assessment.
  • Management skills related to marketing planning and management.
  • Proven track record of developing, managing, and executing wide-ranging marketing campaigns across B2B and B2C verticals.
  • Deep understanding of the consumer landscape, market dynamics and cultural nuances.
  • Proficiency in public relations, business development strategies, customer experience enrichment, analytics, and data-led marketing.
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • A strong strategic and business mindset
  • Knowledge of basic accounting, budget formulation and control
  • Leadership and personal effectiveness
  • Proficient in English language (read, write, speak)
  • Satisfactory in Arabic language (read, write, speak)
