Job summary

FutureTEC is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to establish and lead the company’s regional marketing across Kuwait, Jordan and Bahrain. This hands‑on, strategic B2B role translates business strategy into positioning, campaigns and market engagement while working directly with the CEO and senior leadership.

You will own branding, content, demand generation, events and digital marketing, manage agencies and partners, and drive measurable marketing contribution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications (or related).
• 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in technology/IT services.
• Proven experience establishing or growing a marketing function.
• Strong understanding of B2B technology marketing.
• Experience forming marketing strategy with direct execution involvement.
• Experience supporting sales, demand generation, and go‑to‑market initiatives.
• Experience managing digital marketing, content, campaigns, events, and corporate communications.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic a strong advantage.
• Experience across multiple markets or regional stakeholders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional marketing strategy and roadmap.
• Establish annual and quarterly plans, budgets, and KPIs.
• Define objectives across brand, demand, pipeline, campaigns, events, digital channels, and partner marketing.
• Provide regular marketing performance reporting to executives.
• Define FutureTEC brand positioning and messaging across materials.
• Develop content and collateral for various channels.
• Support sales and go‑to‑market initiatives with targeted campaigns.
• Coordinate partner marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Plan and execute regional conferences, events, and campaigns.
• Own website, LinkedIn, and digital presence; monitor analytics.
