Job Purpose:
The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates for open positions, as well as onboarding new hires. This role supports the overall recruitment strategy to attract, hire, and retain top talent aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
- Draft and post job advertisements on relevant platforms.
- Source candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, networking).
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with departments and follow up with interviewers.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including offer negotiation and documentation.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate information.
- Participate in job fairs, career events, and employer branding initiatives.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare recruitment reports and analytics for management review.
- Support background checks and reference verification processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
- Strong interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in recruitment or HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is an advantage.
- Experience in recruiting for [industry-specific roles] (e.g., IT, retail, manufacturing, etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment analytics tools.
