Job summary

Talabat is seeking a Sr Specialist Real Estate & Construction to manage end-to-end site processes from scouting to lease negotiations and serve as primary liaison with landlords across locations. You will collaborate with legal, finance, procurement and construction teams to ensure compliant, on-budget delivery and proactive landlord relationships.

3+ years in commercial real estate, retail expansion, property acquisition, or a similar role; F&B, dark kitchens, or quick-commerce expansion

Qualifications

• Strong negotiation skills and ability to structure favorable lease terms.
• Ability to manage relationships with landlords, brokers and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent cross-functional communication across legal, finance, procurement and construction.
• Proactive issue resolution and real estate problem solving across departments.

Responsibilities

• Market research to identify high-potential neighborhoods and properties for new dark kitchen facilities.
• Analyze delivery zones, demographic data and competitor density to validate site viability.
• Lead commercial negotiations with landlords and brokers; draft LOIs.
• Partner with legal to draft, review and finalize lease agreements ensuring compliance.
• Collaborate with finance to develop business cases and track CAPEX/OPEX.
• Coordinate with procurement and construction teams for vendor onboarding and fit-out materials.
