A leading aviation company seeks a Quality Control Inspector to ensure maintenance compliance with FAA regulations. The role involves overseeing aircraft inspections, monitoring vendor maintenance, and ensuring airworthiness through thorough documentation and adherence to procedures. Candidates must possess a valid FAA Mechanic Certificate and have extensive experience in aircraft maintenance, particularly with Boeing aircraft. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Reporting to the Manager of Quality Control & Aircraft Records, the Quality Control Inspector is responsible for ensuring that all maintenance performed on Company aircraft, engines, appliances, and accessories complies with Atlas Air policies and Federal Aviation Regulations to maintain airworthiness. Inspectors must hold a valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant Mechanics License and be authorized by the Chief Inspector.

Salary Range: $91,000 - $122,500. Compensation will depend on experience, location, and skillset.
