QC Manager

Overview

QC Manager for Oil and Gas Services co in Ahmadi

Responsibilities

• Lead the QA/QC team. Ensure the competence & effectiveness of QA/QC Team.
• Development & Implementation of Quality Plans for the Product and services.
• Development of Inspection & Testing procedures.
• Oversee Receiving, In-process & Final inspection.
• Liaise with Internal & External auditors to the successful completion of the audits.
• Maintaining all the MMT in good condition with valid calibration. Oversee all the calibration activities.
• Responsible for Quality related customer complaints, Nonconformance. Root Cause analysis, Recommend and implement corrective & preventive actions.
• Responsible for the qualification of WPS, PQR, welder qualification & continuity.
• Liaise with NDT Contractors, Inspection Agencies & Service providers to execute & complete the activities.

Qualifications

• Shall be having B.tech / BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Shall be having Welding Inspector qualification CSWIP 3.1 or
• NDE Level II in PT, MT, UT, RT & VT
• Must be having hands on Knowledge in at least two of the below mentioned API Specification API 5CT, 7-1, 6A, 16A, 16C & 16D. API 6A & 16A preferred.
• Must have Knowledge in ASME Codes Sec IX, Sec V, Sec VIII Div 1
• Must be having general awareness of Material grades and requirements commonly used in Oil & Gas industry.
• Awareness in API Q1, API Q2 & ISO 9001-2015 Quality Management Systems. (Practitioner or Internal auditor certification preferred.
