Job summary

Wise Insight is seeking a senior public affairs professional to act as the company’s official representative, building strategic relationships with government bodies, investors, partners, and media to drive growth and reputation in Kuwait and internationally.

The role requires 10–15 years in Public Relations or Corporate Affairs, with crisis communications and media relations experience. A Bachelor's degree is required, Master’s is a plus, and knowledge of financial markets is beneficial.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of progressive experience in Public Relations, Corporate Affairs, Government Relations, Business Relations, Stakeholder Management, or a related field.
• Experience working within a holding company, diversified group of companies, multinational organization, government-related environment, or large corporate structure like banks is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field. Master's degree is an added advantage.
• Experience in crisis communication and media relations.
• Proficiency in digital media and social media platforms.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of financial markets and investor relations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Company's official representative and corporate ambassador, responsible for developing, maintaining, and strengthening strategic relationships with government authorities, business communities, clients, investors, strategic partners, media representatives, and other stakeholders both within Kuwait and internationally to support the Company's growth, reputation, business development, and expansion objectives.
• Managing media relations, government relations, investor communications, crisis management, corporate events, business networking, and strategic partnerships to support the Company's objectives and future growth plans.
• Develop and implement comprehensive crisis communication plans to address potential threats to the company's reputation and act as the primary point of contact during crises, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders and ensuring timely and accurate information is conveyed to stakeholders to ease negative impact.
• Monitor political, economic, regulatory, and industry developments that may impact the Company's operations, stakeholder relationships, or expansion initiatives and provide strategic recommendations accordingly.
