Job summary

Urbanlogic Ltd in Kuwait is hiring an experienced Handyman to join our property maintenance team in Al Ahmadi. This full-time position offers a salary of 1200$ per month. You will perform property maintenance, repairs, and coordinate with tenants to schedule work while ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in a similar role, knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting, and good English communication. Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Handyman or in a similar role.
• Solid knowledge of various handyman tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of properties
• Perform minor repairs and fixes such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the property's systems and equipment
• Keep track of inventory and supplies needed for maintenance tasks
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed while performing tasks
• Communicate with tenants regarding maintenance requests and schedule repairs accordingly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
