Job description

The Project Manager for a steel factory in Kuwait plays a pivotal role in overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of various projects within the facility. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge, leadership skills, and strategic thinking to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality assurance, to drive project success and enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  2. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  3. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure effective communication.
  4. Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to mitigate risks.
