The IT Project Manager (PMP ERP) plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing IT projects within the organization. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies, particularly in ERP implementations, and will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple IT projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Develop project plans, including scope, objectives, and deliverables, in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with project management standards and best practices, including documentation and reporting.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops for team members and stakeholders on project-related topics.
- Evaluate and implement project management tools and software to enhance project efficiency.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for external resources as needed.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation within project management practices.
Preferred Candidate
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably with ERP project experience.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., PMP, Agile).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are highly desirable.

- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
