The IT Project Manager (PMP ERP) plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing IT projects within the organization. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies, particularly in ERP implementations, and will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage multiple IT projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  2. Develop project plans, including scope, objectives, and deliverables, in collaboration with stakeholders.
  3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  4. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
  5. Conduct regular project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  6. Ensure compliance with project management standards and best practices, including documentation and reporting.
  7. Facilitate training sessions and workshops for team members and stakeholders on project-related topics.
  8. Evaluate and implement project management tools and software to enhance project efficiency.
  9. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for external resources as needed.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation within project management practices.
