Job Description & Responsibilities

1. Prepare chemical treatment programs, monitor performance & evaluation.
2. Supervise lab & facility activities.
3. Coordinate the entire contract's documentation.
4. Plan, report & submit reports.
5. Participate in operational & HSE meetings.
6. Manage chemical & equipment stock in the field.
7. Obtain all necessary permits and licenses for chemical warehouses and laboratories.
8. Manage handover activities jointly with JO and logistics field.
9. Ensure quality of all services performed under the contract.
10. Manage P & L Responsibility.
11. Coach and develop the team.
12. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under pressure.

Education & Qualifications

Bachelor's in Engineering preferably a chemical discipline; Master's degree holders shall be preferred.

12 - 15 Years Experience with 5 Years at management level in the Oil & Gas Industry.
