About The Role:

To drive the organization’s business objectives by leading proposal development and managing end-to-end project delivery. The role focuses on planning, budgeting, and executing ICT projects, building strong client relationships, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals while fostering team development and continuous improvement.

About You:

Ideal candidate must have the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Information Technology Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications in project management (APM, PMI, CMI) preferred.
  • 8–10 years of project management experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership or similar role.
  • Strong background in ICT sector projects and experience developing in-house platforms for internal processes (preferred).
  • Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop project teams.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English (Arabic an advantage).
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, resource planning, and project evaluation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools/software.
  • Must be a Kuwaiti National
