Overview

Surbana Jurong (SMEC) is scaling a Kuwait-based institutional campuses & infrastructure program and seeking high-calibre professionals to join our PMC/design-management team. Roles span leadership, technical, and site supervision across multi-disciplinary packages.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PMC team across planning, execution, and reporting phases.
• Act as the primary interface with the project team and external stakeholders.
• Ensure timely delivery of PMC services, including PCS, claims, and contract administration.
• Represent SJ/SMEC in high-level meetings and decision forums.

Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
• Minimum 25 years’ experience, including 10+ in PMC leadership on large-scale institutional projects.
• International experience with GCC exposure preferred.
