Job Brief: We are looking for a dedicated Project Administrator to oversee the contracts of our construction projects. Your expertise will help us maintain our reputation for managing schedules, delivering projects on time, within budget, and above expectations.


Responsibilities:

  1. Scheduling regular meetings and recording decisions.
  2. Preparing and providing documentation to internal teams and Project Manager.
  3. Tracking projects, offering suggestions to improve efficiencies, and maintaining compliance regulations.
  4. Keeping track of budgets and project expenditures.
  5. Assisting with planning and keeping the project calendar up to date.
  6. Conducting risk analyses and ordering resources like equipment and software.
  7. Monitoring all contract-related paperwork and correspondence.
  8. Assessing employee performance and hiring contractors.

Skills Required:

  1. Experience in project management, from conception to delivery.
  2. Strong leadership skills and hands-on experience with project management tools.
  3. Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
  4. Extensive knowledge of Oracle Software.
  5. Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
