Job summary

Kay and Associates, Inc. seeks a Security Coordinator to develop and oversee PPIP and Cyber Security for the KAF-18E/F Aircraft/System program. The role requires managing secure materials, training, and compliance across DoD directives in a high-security environment.

The position demands 10+ years as a Security or Intelligence Specialist, an associate degree in a technical discipline, and a US Secret Clearance. Kuwait-based site with strict security requirements and physical material handling.

Qualifications

• Military hands-on experience of 10 years or more as Security or Intelligence Specialist.
• Associates Degree in a related technical discipline; or the equivalent combination of education; technical certifications or training; or work experience.
• A US Secret Security Clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the KAF-18E/F Aircraft/System PPIP and CPP for PPP compliance.
• Support receipt, custody, issue, safeguarding, accounting for, and disposition of secure material.
• Assist with shipping of secure parts and product material weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Update the Boeing PPIP Document Control Number Boeing-STL 2011A0016 under contract N00019-09-C-0019 addressing PPP requirements.
• Follow the PPIP in accordance with SECNAVINST 5510.36A, DoDM 5200.01 Vols. 1-4 and SECNAV M-5510.36.
• Provide a review of the PPIP at least semi-annually and update as required; if unchanged, submit a letter to confirm.
• Ensure PPIP and OPSEC training is performed annually for personnel with access to CPI/CS/CT information.
• Inspect and review all contract secure areas to ensure no breaches to security.
