Job summary

Client of Career Hunters is seeking a Program Manager to coordinate and oversee a Non-Financial Risk advisory engagement across Operational Risk, Information Security and Data Privacy, Third-Party Risk Management and Fraud Risk Management.

The role functions as the coordination point for delivery progress, deliverables quality and reporting, while accountability for risk ownership remains with the client at all times.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in the required field.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional advisory engagements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee non-financial risk advisory engagements across multiple risk domains.
• Track milestones, dependencies and delivery risks; escalate where needed.
• Review deliverables for quality and prepare management updates and reports.
• Coordinate communications between advisory teams and stakeholders.

Job Summary

The Program Manager supports the coordination and day-to-day oversight of the Non-Financial Risk advisory engagement working across Operational Risk Information Security amp Data Privacy Third-Party Risk Management and Fraud Risk Management The role acts as a coordination point for delivery progress deliverable quality and reporting while accountability for risk ownership and decision-making remains with the client at all times

Key Responsibilities

Coordination amp Delivery Oversight

• Act as the point of contact for day-to-day delivery quality and escalation matters
• Track the delivery plan milestones and dependencies across the NFR workstreams
• Help manage delivery risks and issues flagging them for escalation where needed

Quality Review

• Review key deliverables for consistency and accuracy before they are submitted
• Support periodic Service Quality Reviews of the engagement s outputs

Reporting amp Coordination

• Consolidate updates and reporting across the different NFR workstreams
• Help prepare materials and presentations for management and risk committee updates
• Coordinate communications between the advisory team and stakeholders

Performance Tracking

• Track progress against agreed KPIs and success criteria
• Monitor and report on delivery status risks and issues
• Coordinate with other functions e g Procurement Legal BCM where dependencies arise
