Program Coordinator

Job Summary
The job purpose of Program Coordinator is to undertake a variety of day-to-day tasks related to INJAZ programs to meet target. The goal is to ensure that the program is carried out in schools & Universities according to INJAZ Kuwait guidelines with accuracy and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

Injaz Program implementation

1. Plan & organize programs delivery in class or online to achieve students target assigned.
2. Prepare needed arrangements before the program (prepare kits, deliver to volunteer, all forms needed).
3. Ensure time management and quality of the program in the session.
4. Monitor program supplies inventory and place orders.
5. Organize program supplies in the store.
6. Manage, organize and update relevant data, maintain a proper filing system (Master File).

Coordinate with other departments

1. Coordinate day to day with volunteers by conducting correspondences, calls and confirm attendance.
2. Maintain good relation with Schools & universities (sign MoU, scheduling,…).
3. Coordinate with the marketing department on all programs sessions/workshop for communication.
4. Support other teams with various tasks.

Other Responsibilities

1. Report all progress to line manager on a regular basis.
2. Perform other responsibilities & tasks as required from line manager.

2. Passionate about Injaz cause.
3. Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure and meet the deadlines.
5. The ability to present in public & in class and communicate in both Arabic & English.
6. Team Player and proactive.
7. Excellent skills in MS applications.
8. Fresh graduate to 2 years of experience.
9. University degree.
10. Have a driving license and a car.
