About the Role:

The Production Service Manager will oversee the production and servicing of Ricoh document technology solutions in Kuwait. This role requires a deep understanding of Ricoh products, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and expertise in customer relationship management. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, resolving technical issues, and driving customer satisfaction. This role is integral to the company's growth, maintaining service excellence, and ensuring smooth operations in the document solutions business.

About You:

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in managing production services, preferably in the document technology or printing industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Ricoh production printing systems, document solutions, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Extensive experience in service management and technical support, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
• Expertise in service management processes, including SLA management, service reporting, and client communications.
• Experience in vendor management and coordinating with suppliers for technical parts and solutions.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.
