Overview

Job Title: Procurement Coordinator

Location: Kuwait

Job Type: 6-Month Contract (Potential for Permanent Placement Based on Performance)

Visa Requirement: Valid Transferable Visa (Article 18 – Private Sector Only)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator to support our procurement and supply chain operations. This role involves coordinating purchasing activities, vendor follow-up, and internal approvals, ensuring efficiency and accuracy throughout the procurement cycle. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, communicative, and eager to grow within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Track and follow up on local and international purchase orders
  • Prepare and maintain monthly procurement savings and aging reports
  • Coordinate logistics and delivery timelines with vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Act as a key liaison between the Procurement Head, suppliers, and internal departments
  • Ensure timely completion of internal approvals and documentation
  • Process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) using ERP systems
  • Support vendor onboarding and management, maintaining an updated supplier database
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for procurement planning and execution
  • Assist in contract management, SLAs, and document archiving
  • Participate in basic sourcing, quotation comparison, and supplier negotiations
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–5 years of relevant procurement experience
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably ePro, CRM, or similar platforms
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
  • Strong English communication skills, with professional email writing ability
  • Valid Transferable Article 18 Visa (Private sector)
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills
