Job summary

ConFlip is seeking a Machine Operator for our Al-Kuwait site. The role requires operating, maintaining and troubleshooting complex machinery to maximize production efficiency in a professional environment.

You should be able to work with minimal supervision, follow safety protocols, and proactively identify issues before they occur, leveraging strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Competitive salary and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• ≥1 year of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, diagrams, specifications, manuals, etc.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Good problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
