Job summary

ConFlip in Al-Kuwait is seeking an experienced CNC Operator to operate and maintain CNC machines according to production requirements. The successful candidate will read blueprints, set up tools, and ensure parts meet specifications.

You will monitor machine performance, perform routine maintenance, record produced parts, and adjust programs to customer specs. English communication is essential to coordinate with teams and report issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Reading blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine part specifications.
• Knowledge of G-code and M-code concepts used in CNC programming.
• Use of precision measuring tools to verify dimensions.
• Understanding geometry and trigonometry for part tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines safely and efficiently according to job instructions.
• Maintain accurate records of parts produced and machine settings.
• Perform routine maintenance such as lubrication and tool replacement.
• Monitor machine performance and detect anomalies or deviations.
• Read blueprints and specifications to adjust setups as needed.
• Make adjustments to programs and tooling to meet customer specifications.
