Qualifications

• 2+ years of CNC operating experience and ability to read technical drawings.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and independence.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision components per customer specifications.
• Perform maintenance on equipment including cleaning, lubrication, minor adjustments, and monitoring performance.
• Use calipers and micrometers to verify part dimensions per specs.
• Monitor machine operations for abnormalities and report issues to management.
• Maintain a clean and safe production area at all times.
• Collaborate with engineering staff to troubleshoot machinery or process issues.
• Follow all safety guidelines when operating machinery.
