Responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures
• Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems, water supply networks and waste and drainage systems
• Diagnose problems related to plumbing systems, identify appropriate solutions and ensure quality of work
• Install valves, pipes, fixtures and other plumbing items according to specifications
• Inspect drainage systems for blockages and repair or replace defective components as necessary
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations related to all installations and repairs
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests
