Job summary

AS Edutech Hr Consultant seeks a senior anesthesiologist consultant to determine anesthesia plans, administer medications, and monitor patients during surgical procedures. The role includes pain management, comprehensive record-keeping, and patient-family communication throughout preparation, procedure, and recovery.

The candidate should possess advanced qualifications (PHD/Clinical Doctorate or MD/DNB in Dermatology) and have significant post-qualification experience per Kuwait MOH

Qualifications

• MD/MBBS with higher specialty qualification acceptable per Kuwait MOH.
• At least 7 years of relevant consultant experience after higher qualification.
• Must meet Kuwait MOH total experience requirements for consultant classification.

Responsibilities

• Determine best medication and administer anesthesia for surgeries.
• Monitor and adjust anesthesia during procedures and record dosages.
• Provide pain management and document patient care in records.
• Mentor medical students and residents during procedures.
• Attend inpatient areas (IPD, ICU, Dialysis, Casualty) under supervision.

Determine best medication to use for each patient and administer anesthesia during surgical procedures monitor patient during procedure and adjust anesthesia accordingly prescribe pain management medication record dosage and type of medication in patient records Provide anesthesiology and pain management services to patients as directed or required Communicate with patients and families throughout the entire surgical process including preparation and recovery Mentor medical students and residents on various procedures Maintain comprehensive records of medical procedures and patient care To create a safe secure and positive healing environment to support the delivery of exemplary healthcare to all patients staff and visitors and help in our objective of making the Institute a Centre of Excellence To attend amp treat patients in IPD including ICU Dialysis Casualty amp other inpatient areas under the supervision of Physicians amp Surgeons amp closely supervise the work of subordinate doctors Nurses amp Paramedical staff

Consultant Qualifications

PHD / CLINICAL DOCTORATE, RECOGNIZED BOARD, FELLOWSHIP, MD/DNB IN DERMATOLOGY, OR AN EQUIVALENT HIGHER SPECIALTY QUALIFICATION ACCEPTABLE TO KUWAIT MOH. EXPERIENCE: AT LEAST 7 YEARS OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE AFTER OBTAINING THE HIGHER SPECIALTY QUALIFICATION. CANDIDATE MUST MEET THE APPLICABLE TOTAL EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT FOR CONSULTANT CLASSIFICATION UNDER KUWAIT MOH REGULATIONS.

Specialist Qualifications

EXPERIENCE: MINIMUM 8 YEARS OF TOTAL RELEVANT EXPERIENCE IN THE SPECIALTY. AT LEAST 3 YEARS OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE AFTER OBTAINING THE HIGHER SPECIALTY QUALIFICATION. Must have MBBS+MD/MS/DM/MCH/PHD With Mini 8 Years in Plastic Surgery
