Job summary

Client of Expertise Recruitment seeks a highly qualified Plastic Surgeon in Kuwait to lead comprehensive patient evaluations and plan cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries. The role includes rhinoplasty, breast procedures, liposuction and body contouring, as well as facelifts, eyelid surgeries and fat grafting.

The ideal candidate should hold an MD, board certification in Plastic Surgery, and a valid license or eligibility for Kuwait. English fluency is required; Arabic is an advantage.

Qualifications

• MD or equivalent medical degree required with board certification in plastic surgery.
• Valid license or eligibility to practice in Kuwait is required.
• Minimum 5 years of post-specialization experience in plastic surgery.
• Experience in cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery is required.
• Private hospital or reputable aesthetic center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, evaluations and treatment planning.
• Perform cosmetic and reconstructive surgical procedures including rhinoplasty and breast procedures.
• Perform liposuction, body contouring, abdominoplasty, facelifts, eyelid surgery and related procedures.
• Explain treatment options, risks, expected outcomes and post-operative care to patients.
• Monitor patient recovery and provide follow-up care for optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate medical records and comply with healthcare regulations and protocols.
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, nurses, dermatologists and other professionals.
• Stay up to date with advancements in plastic and aesthetic surgery techniques.

Job description

• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations evaluations and treatment planning
• Perform cosmetic and reconstructive surgical procedures including but not limited to
• Rhinoplasty Breast augmentation reduction and reconstruction
• Liposuction and body contouring
• Abdominoplasty Tummy Tuck
• Facelift and Neck Lift
• Blepharoplasty Eyelid Surgery
• Otoplasty Fat grafting and lipofilling
• Scar revision and reconstructive procedures
• Perform minimally invasive aesthetic treatments where applicable including injectables and non-surgical facial rejuvenation
• Explain treatment options risks expected outcomes and post-operative care to patients
• Monitor patient recovery and provide follow-up care to ensure optimal surgical outcomes
• Maintain accurate medical records and comply with all healthcare regulations and clinical protocols
• Work collaboratively with anesthesiologists nurses dermatologists and other healthcare professionals
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in plastic and aesthetic surgery techniques and technologies
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain the highest standards of patient safety

Requirements Key Requirements

• Medical Degree (MD or equivalent).
• Board Certification / Fellowship in Plastic Surgery.
• Valid medical license or eligibility for Kuwait Ministry of Health licensure.
• Minimum 5 years of post-specialization experience as a Plastic Surgeon.
• Proven experience in cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery.
• Experience in a private hospital or reputable aesthetic medical center is highly preferred.
• Excellent surgical, clinical, and patient consultation skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
