Key Responsibilities 1. Project Planning & Scheduling: o Develop detailed project schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and timelines using scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project). o Define project milestones, critical paths, and deliverables. o Create resource allocation plans and manage manpower, materials, and equipment schedules. 2. Coordination & Communication: o Collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, and contractors to collect relevant data for planning and scheduling. o Conduct regular meetings to discuss project progress and address potential delays.

Provide timely updates to stakeholders regarding project timelines and resource needs. 3. Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets. o Identify risks, bottlenecks, and deviations from the plan and propose corrective actions. o Generate progress reports, including Earned Value Management (EVM) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
