Responsibilities

Own the SF-domain integrated schedule cost and performance view focusing on interfaces scenarios forward-looking risk and cost implications. Acts as the SF manager s technical guardian across engineering deliverables without duplicating EPCC design authority. Integrate EPCC and other interface discipline inputs into SF view or project forecast scenarios what-if cases identify schedule clashes. Track schedule performance SPI critical paths milestones and key handovers. SF cost budget variation order control VOWD CPI performance tracking.

Qualifications

• Holds a bachelor's degree in engineering
• 8-10+ years oil & gas projects
• In EPC workflows, project controls
• Primavera P6 (preferred)
• Strong Microsoft Project (mandatory)
• Competence in project performance metrics
• Comfortable challenging EPC logic and assumptions
• Good interpersonal skills to enable data exchange and collaboration
• Kuwait based / Valid driving license / Transferable visa
