Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Science
- Minimum of 3 years teaching experience
- Professional fluency in English
- Excellent use of Technology
Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver purposeful and productive lessons tailored to the educational needs, abilities, and potential of individual students.
- Mark and assess students' work, providing timely feedback on their performance.
- Maintain accurate student records documenting development, progress, and attainment (e.g., attendance, grades, behavior records, portfolios, student files).
- Set clear and high expectations for students and foster a positive, respectful relationship.
- Provide a safe, thriving, and respectful environment for all students in the classroom and on campus.
- Implement the school curriculum and Al-Ru'ya Pastoral Program effectively through classroom and extracurricular activities to meet individual learner needs.
- Create a warm and inviting classroom environment using appropriate displays and resources, ensuring they are well-maintained.
- Collaborate, share, and plan effectively with colleagues in a respectful manner.
- Undertake supervisory duties and advisory roles as assigned by the principal.
- Support other teachers through team-oriented activities such as covering classes, supervising students, interdisciplinary planning, and curriculum development.
- Communicate respectfully and promptly with parents regarding their children's performance and progress, following the approved format.
- Attend meetings and professional development sessions as scheduled by administration.
- Engage in ongoing personal professional development through reading, workshops, and courses.
