Responsibilities:

1. Plan, prepare, and deliver purposeful and productive lessons tailored to the educational needs, abilities, and potential of individual students.
2. Mark and assess students' work, providing timely feedback on their performance.
3. Maintain accurate student records documenting development, progress, and attainment (e.g., attendance, grades, behavior records, portfolios, student files).
4. Set clear and high expectations for students and foster a positive, respectful relationship.
5. Provide a safe, thriving, and respectful environment for all students in the classroom and on campus.
6. Implement the school curriculum and Al-Ru'ya Pastoral Program effectively through classroom and extracurricular activities to meet individual learner needs.
