Looking for a highly flexible and versatile Hybrid Personal & Professional Assistant (PA) to work closely with leadership in both personal and business matters. This role requires someone proactive, resourceful, and able to seamlessly shift between managing professional operations, supporting HR tasks, and handling personal responsibilities. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, is exceptionally organized, and can anticipate needs before they arise. Professional Support
- Act as the first point of contact and gatekeeper for the executive.
- Manage daily schedules, meetings, and communications.
- Support operations by coordinating with teams, vendors, and external partners.
- Assist with HR-related tasks including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee engagement.
- Track and follow up on key business initiatives and ensure timely execution.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
Personal Support
- Provide day-to-day personal assistance including travel bookings, errands, and household coordination.
- Manage personal schedules, events, and reminders.
- Ensure smooth handling of overlapping personal and professional priorities.
Operations & Administration
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
- Monitor ongoing projects and ensure deadlines are met.
- Support in budget tracking, procurement, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar hybrid role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with calm and efficiency.
- Strong interpersonal skills and discretion in handling confidential matters.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and basic HR tools.
- Flexible mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

- Prior experience in HR support or operations management.

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

- Proficient in speaking Arabic and English both.
