Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create recipes for a variety of desserts, including cakes, tortes, cookies, pies, mousses, custards, ice creams, biscuits, etc.
• Bake all types of pastries such as croissants, cakes and muffins.
• Ensure that all finished products are fresh and visually appealing.
• Prepare ingredients prior to baking.
• Monitor stock levels of ingredients.
• Ensure that the kitchen is kept clean at all times.
• Follow safety guidelines when handling food items.
• Maintain accurate records of daily production.
