Experienced Pastry Chef


We are seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to join our team in Hawalli, Kuwait. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating high-quality pastries, desserts and baked goods for our restaurant. This role requires creativity, attention to detail and excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Create a variety of pastries, desserts and baked goods for our restaurant menu
- Develop new recipes and techniques to keep the menu fresh and exciting
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise pastry assistants
- Collaborate with other chefs to create cohesive menus
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- Knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients and equipment
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional time management skills
- Creativity and ability to develop new recipes
- Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalee preferred)
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines

Salary:
1200$ monthly salary plus benefits. Salary may vary based on experience.
