Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role within retail.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques and principles.
• Strong communication skills in English; fluency in Urdu/Hindi is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

• Implement merchandising plans and strategies to maximize product visibility and sales.
• Visit retail stores regularly to ensure products are properly displayed and stocked.
• Arrange displays according to brand guidelines and seasonal promotions.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or overstock situations.
• Train store staff on product features, benefits, and selling techniques.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
• Provide feedback to the sales team on product performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on creating promotional materials for in-store displays.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
