Job summary

Flyper is seeking a Merchandiser in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. You will create eye-catching product displays, promote our products in retail stores, and travel between stores as needed.

We welcome candidates with previous merchandising experience and knowledge of display techniques. The role does not require English fluency and stresses strong Hindi or Urdu communication within the team and stores.

Qualifications

Merchandiser

We are currently seeking experienced and motivated Merchandisers to join our team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays and promoting our products in retail stores. This position is open to both Indian and Pakistani nationals, with no English language requirement.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to plan and execute product displays in retail stores
• Ensure all products are properly stocked, priced, and displayed according to company standards
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with store managers to ensure timely restocking
• Set up promotional displays and signage to attract customers and increase sales
• Conduct market research to identify current trends and customer preferences
• Communicate with store managers about product feedback, sales performance, and any issues that may arise
• Travel between stores within Al-Kuwait as needed to perform merchandising duties

Requirements
