Job summary

AquaNav is seeking a skilled Handyman to perform maintenance and repair tasks for residential and commercial properties in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. Responsibilities include plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and general repairs to ensure property upkeep and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of hands-on experience, strong tool proficiency, and good communication skills. This is a part-time position with accommodation and visa/ticket assistance offered.

Qualifications

Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of handyman/maintenance experience.
Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general repair work.
Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular maintenance checks on residential and commercial properties to identify repair needs.
Fix plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures.
Perform electrical repairs such as changing light bulbs, outlets, and switches.
Repair or replace damaged furniture, doors, windows, cabinets, etc.
Paint walls, ceilings and other surfaces as needed.
Install new appliances or fixtures when required.
Keep track of inventory for tools and supplies needed for repairs.
Communicate with clients to understand their repair needs and provide excellent customer service.
